August 21, 2016 - Can any leader in Arizona cut through the invisible walls of the VA in Arizona? Can anyone persuade Dr. Marjorie Ford, head of the Tucson VA anticoagulation clinic, to say why she refuses to monitor my Coumadin ("blood thinner" to prevent my mechanical heart valve from creating blood clots)?
There is a pattern of Dr Ford refusing to communicate with me and using other employees to create paper trails to make it appear as my fault. To get an idea of how much taxpayer resources are used to frame veterans try to get Dr. Ford to take an accountable position on why she refuses to monitor my Coumadin. And why I am treated differently from other veterans. I believe her email address is firstname.lastname@example.org but it is blocked.
VA Director Gardner's 's 2013 letters to Congressman Barber and Senator McCain are cover-ups. The Director basically says the veteran is wrong instead of exposing the medicine trails and the document trails. From my experience nothing has changed since Secrectary of Veteran Affairs General Eric Shinseki had to resign in 2014. The medicine trails show that my medicine was stopped. 0-refills263p (6.5mb pdf)
Why do investigators focus on unintentional surface wrongs such as http://dailycaller.com/2016/06/24/phoenix-va-medical-center-in-filthy-conditions-mccain-furious/ , but not the deeply entrenched sophisticated intentional corruption? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DpKtjk3r1k&feature=youtu.be
For example, why is the institutional framing of veterans with "Disruptive Committees" OK? I understand non-VA hospitals don't have "Disruptive Committees".
I have experienced the "Disruptive Committees" dynamic. Three VA employees accused me of abusing VA communications; My primary care provider, the coordinator for the VA website myhealth.va.gov, and the Chair of the Disruptive Committee. When I ask them for their evidence, they don't respond.
