Coincidence

I applied for a pension available to veterans whose income is below the poverty line. My income is below the poverty line because of obstacles described in http://www.canweconnectthedots.com .

Please judge for yourself. Is it a coincidence that the VA letter of May 10 that buries my application for the poverty pension (approximately $5,784) under new layers of confusion and conflict, and mentions for the first time an unidentidfied document received on February 7, and the Fairfax County, Virginia, May 11 letter, that charges me with an $27,669.42 illegal lien, occurs at or about the same time? pension-lien12p

I applied for a pension available to veterans whose income is below the poverty line. The amount would be $5,784 per year in my case.

On May 11, 2012, I am sent a lien for $27,669.42.

On May 11, 2012, (date on envelope containing letter dated May 11, 2012) I am sent a letter that buries my application for the poverty pension under new layers of confusion. It is apparently triggerred by a "typed statement dated Feb 4". Why wait until May 10 to mention a document received on Feb 4.
